This workshop is free to Trust and Imperial employees, however, cancellations within 48hrs of the event will be charged for unless there is an exceptional circumstance (Section 9.10-9.12 of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust Study Leave Policy). The cancellation fee is £50 and an invoice will be sent to you for payment by your dept.

Service evaluation can be a power tool for demonstrating the effectiveness of a clinical service or for demonstrating the need for improvement. However, the distinction between service evaluation, clinical audit and research can be confusing and many staff are unsure of how to get started.

This is an interactive session, including lecture, discussion and practical exercises. This workshop is appropriate for staff of all grades who are new to service evaluation. This session is designed to empower staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to undertake an effective evaluation of their clinical service, in keeping with ICHT guidelines.
